my day

a new day i wake slowly painfully tired aching muscles sore and cramped waiting muscle stretch slowly gaining looseness still tired tired and sore oh no sharp pain my neck ooh my shoulder too does it end will it stop maybe maybe never wait for sleep hours away ok just sit or maybe not | whats wrong with me so tired so sore all over never goes away all the way maybe some relief every now & then this thing fibromyalgia thats what they call it my mother has it so do her sisters and their mother all in pain every day they try to help medicine therapy we still live with it always will maybe ill just go to sleep worry about it tomorrow |
